- Subscription required for the waived $99 electrical safety inspection and other member benefits. Benefits apply while your Care membership is active.
- Cancel anytime. Benefits that require continuous months (e.g. free receptacle after 6 continuous months) reset if membership lapses.
- Free receptacle: 1 standard residential receptacle install/replace after 6 continuous months of Care. Specialty devices (GFCI/AFCI smart outlets, USB, etc. when priced as specialty) and materials are extra and disclosed before work.
- Inspection: Waived once per membership year while subscribed. Standalone inspection is $99 without Care.
- Member labor rate: 10% off diagnostic/hourly labor. Not automatically applied to major panel upgrades or EV charger packages unless noted on your estimate.
- No trip charge on subscribed service calls in the core Greater Sacramento / SMUD service radius. Outside that radius, trip or travel charges may apply.
